Assignment Administrator

​Perform facility and inventory assignments for all services. Interpret service order activity, perform inquiries, review error messages, assist in the investigation and resolution of discrepancies, work with Technicians to resolve facility or software discrepancies on service orders and customer trouble reports. Serves as the first point of contact for facility inquiries/issues.

Engineering Assistant

 ​Responsible for design of outside plant network from central office to customer premise, including underground, aerial and buried plant for new construction and maintenance activity in the Frontier network. Design is completed in appropriate systems for BAU and FTTP components.

Facilities Admin
Download
​Perform detailed work on outside plant work orders to place, rearrange, or remove facilities; make field trips and customer contacts. Prepare manual drawings and compile data required for the preparation of plans or work order drawings. Operate company vehicles as required. Perform such work under minimum supervision.

General Clerk

​This position provides support functions for management and their teams. Perform diversified clerical duties which occasionally require independent judgment, job knowledge and understanding of working relationships. Ability to work in a customer service environment with internal and external customers. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to operate automated office equipment. High level of computer literacy. Duties vary based on location.

Maintenance Administrator

​Responsible for error research, correction, referral, follow-up, date negotiation, times, access arrangements with customers who are potentially irritated and may become difficult to deal with. Receives trouble reports and works to resolve the customer’s problems by working with other departments and vendors. Performs acceptance testing when a new system is introduced.

Service Order Administrator

​This position is responsible to input service order activity, interpret and correct error messages, assist in investigation and resolution of discrepancies and perform inquiries in multiple systems. Must be able to meet critical deadlines while providing excellent customer service.
Assistant Technician
Download
Assemble metal framework, mount telephone equipment and connect wire and accessories. Duties also include cutting metal and wood to prepare products for shipment.

Automotive Equipment Technician

​Performs repair and preventative maintenance of diesel and gasoline engines, brake systems, fuel systems, ignition and electrical systems, exhaust systems, suspension systems, hydraulic systems vehicle and body computers. Maintenance and repairs are performed on all types of vehicles including cars, vans, trucks, trailers, and a variety of mobile tools and construction equipment. The Automotive Equipment Technician will use standard automotive tools, electronic diagnostic equipment, cutting and welding equipment, specialized hydraulic test equipment and will utilize a computer to input work orders, time and related computer tasks.

Cable Splicing Technician

​Add, place, remove, reroute, set up, rack, splice, transfer, repair, rearrange, bond, pressurize, and test aerial, underground, and buried cable. Mount, cut-in, and repair cable terminal and load cases. Rearrange service drops, aerial and buried jumper wire and step poles. Read and interpret engineering prints. Testing, locating and repairing defects in wires for copper cables and fibers for fiber optic cables, using electrical and mechanical testing apparatus.

Central Office Technician

​Tests, analyzes and interprets data for troubleshooting in switching equipment, computer systems, data networks and associated peripherals. Operates and maintains various switching, data network and computer processing equipment. Installs, updates, accepts, tests, and initializes systems and equipment. Monitors switching equipment, computer systems, and data networks. Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records and taking any corrective action as needed.

Services Technician

​Connecting, disconnecting, reconnecting, testing, repairing, maintaining, installing, rearranging company and customer provided telephones and equipment, inside wiring, and wires at poles, underground or building terminals. Working in various buildings and surroundings, including roofs, backyards, attics, basements, crawl spaces, etc. Climbing poles and ladders, and working aloft.

Outside Plant Technician

​Performs work associated with the installation, removal of rearrangement of outside plant facilities. Connecting wires and cables to terminals and attaching or detaching various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, buildings or poles. Keeps reports and records and performs other duties as may be assigned. May be assigned to other work locations as needed.
Consultant

​Contribute to Frontier’s revenue results by selling Frontier broadband, entertainment & telecommunications products and services. Attain or exceed a monthly sales objective. Additional functions may include, investigating and resolving customer inquiries, disputes and/or complaints on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues. Calling customers to negotiate collection of overdue bills and advising customers of service interruption for non-payment of bills.

Operator

Service Assistant

​Oversee in-charge desk addressing upward referral calls from other operators, adherence, schedule changes and responsible for coordinating daily force management.

Service Representative
Download
​Contributes to revenue growth by servicing Frontier Broadband, entertainment and telecommunications products and services, as well as contacting customers to negotiate collections on Frontier’s accounts receivable. Serves as principal link between the company and customers. Receives and initiates customer contacts by telephone, correspondence, and occasional personal contact. Ensures customer satisfaction by handling requests for new service, additional service, discontinuance of service, complaints and inquiries regarding service, rates, regulations and policies. Updates customer equipment and service records; establishes credit information and effects collection of delinquent accounts.
