Fiber Recertification Program

Let us help you answers those questions and get you current if you are not already. 


If you have held a ETA-I Fiber Optic Installer (FOI) or Fiber Optic Technician (FOT) certification in the past. This program is for you. Through this special FrontierRising funded program, you will:

• Be assigned a Fiber Optics Specialist to work one-on-one.
• Review your current certifications.
• Your Specialist will work with ETA-I to identify your specific requirements to bring your certification current.
• Enroll you in relevant coursework to bring your certification current.

All fees are covered under this program to have a certification valid for two additional years. There is no cost for this program as you are a valid CWA member of Frontier Communications BU 142.
