Welcome!
This year we are promoting the concept of Disrupting Yourself. This simply means, make the changes you want or need and now is the time. Whatever you choose, it will be the right choice as anytime you embark on a learning experience, you are better off than without. This year, like past years, we will offer workshops with hands-on activities, certification & more... 
Program Guidance
  • Registration will open April 3, 2023
  • Courses begin the week of May 1, 2023
  • (T-shirt and Step Challenge Medal only issued to those who register before April 20,2023)

1.   Review all courses available in the promotion and register for the ones you like. You can also return and register for more later.
2.   For each course enrolled, you will be entered in a drawing to win one of Ten $20 gift cards.
3.   Register for Two courses and receive a 2023 Disrupt Yourself T-Shirt.
4.   You can select more than two, however we reserve the right to advise you to delay enrollment with one depending on courses you select.
5.   There is no cost to any program in this benefit.
6.   T-shirts and medals will be distributed in May.
  *If you do not have a step tracking device, you can request one upon registration.
